Joined Unilever in 2008 as HR manager business partnering to R&D, Marketing, and then Leadership Development (LD).
Became HR Director in 2012 business partnering to Sales, R&D, and Marketing. Assuming current role since 2013. Prior to Unilever, joined Pasona Inc after graduated from Keio University, then obtained M.A in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Graduate School in NY. Worked at General Electric from 2002 to 2008 where experienced HR Leadership Program, HRBP, LD (Training & Development, OD, Compensation), and HR Service (Payroll, e-HR, etc).
Married with 12-year- old son. Certified NLP master practitioner, Mindfulness NLP Trainer.
