Living is entirely a learning process.
Through my own meditation practice, I feel that the best part of meditation is embarking on the process of learning to transform our own sense of value by ourselves. Additionally, this transformation of our own sense of value enriches our daily life.
I am going to talk about the importance of the transformation of our own sense of value and the deep relationship between the transformation of our own sense of value and both “body sensation” and “continuity” from my own experience and aspects of neuroscience.
